We want you to be fully satisfied with your HatKings purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@hatkings.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please place a new order after returning your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
